- Thorough knowledge in Labour Laws, Liaising with Govt. Officials, etc.
- Hands on experience in sourcing North Indian contract workers and permanent workers
- Knowledge in Manpower Planning, organizing workers, supplying of manpower based on production requirement on shift wise
