- Assist with day to day operation of the HR function & duties

- Compliance Handle compliances for PF, ESI, maternity benefits, gratuity, bonus, overtime.
- MIS preparation
- Payroll process Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with vendor to process monthly salary sheet.
